The sad story of Iraq

In the last few days there is a talk about the US plan to drawdown troop level. This is contrary to many war lovers like Hillary Clinton and John McCain who advocate more troops to defeat the “terrorists” on Tuesday, Nov 15, 2005 press release McCain said,

“Reading through each version, one gets the sense that the Senate’s foremost objective is the drawdown of American troops. But America’s first goal in Iraq is not to withdraw troops, it is to win the war. All other policy decisions we make should support, and be subordinate to, the successful completion of our mission. If that means we can draw down troop levels and win in Iraq in 2006, that is wonderful. But if success requires an increase in American troop levels in 2006, then we should increase our numbers there.”
I guess that is not going to happen is it? The Whitehouse is ready to flea from Iraq before the “terrorists” defeated. In the mean time, innocent Iraqis are blown up everywhere, it has been going on ever since their country occupied it has been happening everyday. They are the victims of violent occupation and ruthless insurgency that hardly chooses a target. America blame the resistance forces for innocent victims, it said, if you haven’t resist the occupation these things that happened in the past 33 months might not have happened: We would have installed Ahmed (Chalabi) or Iyad (Allawi) as pro America and pro Israel leaders; we would have privatize the oil industry and stop rationing health care, and food but you didn’t let that happen did you? so you deserve to die, your family deserve to die your cities needs to be bombarded, your people deserve to be refugees in their own country, you shouldn’t have protested when we enter and occupy your school we even invade and occupied your country so Fallujah and Mosul are no exceptions, so shut-up do what we wanted you to do.

Israeli school segregated Ethiopian students » Ethiopian Review

Israeli school segregated Ethiopian students » Ethiopian Review : "The placement of four Ethiopian girls in a separate class from their peers at a Petah Tikva grade school has sparked accusations of segregation on Tuesday morning following a report in Yediot Aharonot. According to ‘Hamerhav’ principal, Rabbi Yeshiyahu Granvich, complete integration of the girls was impossible. The reason being, said municipal workers, was that the students were not observant enough, nor did their families belong to the national-religious movement that the school was founded upon. Among the differences in the daily school life of the girls, a single teacher was responsible to teach them all of their subjects. Worse yet, the four were allotted separate recess hours and were driven to and from school separately. Such action has been labeled by observers as “apartheid.”"

1 Million Dead in Iraq? 6 Reasons the Media Hide the True Human Toll of War -- And Why We Let Them    :      Information Clearing House: ICH By John Tirman July 20, 2011 "Alternet" - - As the U.S. war in Iraq winds down, we are entering a familiar phase, the season of forgetting—forgetting the harsh realities of the war. Mostly we forget the victims of the war, the Iraqi civilians whose lives and society have been devastated by eight years of armed conflict. The act of forgetting is a social and political act, abetted by the American news media. Throughout the war, but especially now, the minimal news we get from Iraq consistently devalues the death toll of Iraqi civilians. Why? A number of reasons are at work in this persistent evasion of reality. But forgetting has consequences, especially as it braces the obstinate right-wing narrative of “victory” in the Iraq war. If we forget, we learn nothing. I’ve puzzled over this habit of reaching for the lowest possible estimates ...
