In a second and the last program of African American Lives, a few black Americans traced their ancestry to some degree of success. Henry Louis Gates, Jr. worked with others to find out his and other African descendant from slave lineage whom brought up forcedly in the U.S. On the first program that run February 1, 2006, and a week later, the heart breaking story of African’s and their descendants clearly portrayed multifaceted interest and the desire to connect from where it was severed.
While I watched that program, I couldn’t stop from thinking that we still have modern day slaves working for criminal government of W. Bush who is racist, hateful and callous as he has shown himself to be. Time and again, one of modern day slaves on whom her ancestors turn in their grave almost always about what she had to say. Condoleezza Rice that is (Ernie Chambers Nebraska’s state senator describes her condominium aunt Jemima Rice) spoke of many things that are utterly disconnected of facts as we know them. She has spoken of WMD; said that the U.S. doesn’t torture prisoners, yesterday she said “Iran and Syria have gone out of their way to inflame sentiments and to use this to their own purposes and the world ought to call them on it," she was speaking on the demonstration of Muslims in those countries protesting the cartoon assault on Muslims by Muslim haters. She showed once again total submissiveness and a willingness to lie for her master. Out of tens of countries where Muslims protested, the two countries in which her master wanted to invade and kill, blamed the leaders of those countries as though they have done something wrong. Why would she pick those two countries? The modern day slave woman should be ashamed of herself for once what she is doing is participating in a rape, killing, plunder, destroy and torture campaign where white man always been doing for centuries. This woman has no conscious what so ever, even many white people resign from the administration posts before and after the rape of Iraq knowing it is a criminal act, yet, the woman who descended from people, whom the brunt of white man’s crime fallen is assisting her master, whose hands socked in a blood of hundreds of thousands people in Iraq. She lied for him ever more so for nothing. Like a puppy dog, she lay on Bush’s feet and stroked for her act. Good dog, good dog Condi, good dog.
