Natorei Karta: Ahmadinejad man of peace | Jerusalem Post

Natorei Karta: Ahmadinejad man of peace | Jerusalem Post: "Natorei Karta spokesman Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss on Tuesday called Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad 'an advocate of peace,' prior to the group's meeting with the controversial leader in New York. Weiss said in a statement that "this will be the third time we're meeting with [Ahmadinejad]. … Every time, we stressed to the Iranian leadership that despite … the declarations by Jews who don't understand the essence of the matter, we have found the Iranian people and their leaders friendly and respectful."

The outcomes and potential outcomes of these uprisings have also acquired new, very significant dimensions. These include a complex entanglement with the accelerated preparations for a possible attack on Iran, and a poisonous, sectarian aspect that could have the consequence of ripping Syria and the Middle East apart.
