Slain Nazim honoured his word after renouncing militancy

Slain Nazim honoured his word after renouncing militancy: "PESHAWAR: It was a year back when Nazim of Adezai Union Council Abdul Malik promised in the Badaber Police Station not to support militants against the government, and he honoured his commitment till his death.

Suspected militants attacked a flag march of the Peshawar Police and Frontier Constabulary in Adezai on August 6 last year and the cops launched an operation in the area and arrested Abdul Malik for allegedly supporting the miscreants in carrying out attacks on security forces. It was alleged that the militants had opened fire on the police from the house of the Nazim."
